errors

Hello. MY name is Deana. I have several error problems. I
don't even know if I picked the right group.. IF not,
please forgive me. Here is my problem I keep getting the
following error messages and dont know how to fix it or
even why its doing it.. Can someone please help me:

Errors as follows:
MSINFO32.EXE
HOTFIX.EXE.APP
MSIEXEC.EXE
C:\\PROGRAM~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL

If anyone could help me in anyway i would appreciate it
very much.
