errors will upgrading to xp pro

I received the following error messages while upgrading
to xp pro. "cannot copy I386\mfc42.dll and I386
\migisol.exe files. Also error 5c9ff58h. What are these
and why am I getting them? This copy is one of the
educational versions. Please help

Disable all your startup apps in advance to upgrading. Tune up your pc
in advance to upgrading.
