Errors when using NETDOM.EXE and NLTEST.EXE

When I use the following NETDOM command, I get an error:

C:\>netdom query /domain:test.net /verify DC
Verifying secure channel setup for domain members:
Machine Status/Domain Domain Controller
======= ============= =================
\\DC1 ERROR! ( The specified domain either does
not exist or could not be contacted. )
\\DC2 TEST.NET \\DC1.TEST.NET
\\DC3 TEST.NET \\DC1.TEST.NET
The command completed successfully.

When I use the following NLTEST command, I get an error:

C:\>nltest /sc_verify:test.net /server:dc1
I_NetLogonControl failed: Status = 1355 0x54b ERROR_NO_SUCH_DOMAIN

All other test indicate DC1 (& DC2 & DC3) are working normally, and
the domain 'test.net' certainly exists and appears to be functioning
normally!
Domain Controller DC1 has all the FSMO roles.
I am using NETDOM.EXE version 5.0.2195.6624 and NLTEST.EXE version
5.0.2195.6695, which I think are the latest versions.
Is this normal? What cause the error? Should I be worried ?
Thanks
Nigel
