Errors on linked excel objects

I have copied over several schedules from the same excel spreadsheet but on
some of them I get these silver rectangles appearing in the presentation that
arent on the original spreadsheet.

How do I get rid of these

I'd need to see one to know what exactly is happening. Any chance you could
