Error

Hi, I am completely technophobic, so hope someone can help. I keep getting a
message, which usually happens when I close or open a new webpage. It is
random though. The message is as follows, hope it makes sense:

iexplore.exe
The instruction at "oxo537454d" referenced memory at "oxo537454d". The
memory could not be "read".

It comes up in a blue box.
If anyone is able to help, I can be emailed on (e-mail address removed)
