Error with Windows mail

I have recently set-up windows email and it was working well until I logged
out an logged back in. On logging back in all the emails disappeared and I am
not able to send emails.
I receive an email saying "UNable to update public free/busy data. An error
occurred while attempting to open the Windows Address Book. UNable to find
the WAB DLL."
 
That error can happen if you installed an older version of Outlook.
Outlook 2000 and 2002 are not fully compatible with Vista.
