Error with lsass.exe?

Hello,
I'm attempting to help a friend with her computer. She
uses AOL. She has Windows XP 5.1 Home Edition, Service
Pack 1.

She is able to connect to her acct. on AOL, but after a
minute or so she recieves a message that the computer is
going to restart. NT Authority\System orders it? It has
an error code: 1073741819. Also, the file lsass.exe is
involved. Then it proceeds to shut down no matter what I
do.

I want to thank you for any help you may be able to
provide.
