When I log in I get a box that says "RunDLL." Then it says error loading c:\WINDOWS\image.dll. What does that mean and how can I fix it? Did I accidently uninstall it? Is it possibly related to that fact that I can't open my (E:) drive using windows media wizard? Please help.

Hi Megan,

Image.dll is malware.

deleting image.dll
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.iefeats.html

Open Start > Run > regedit and delele tthe value:

"Image"= "rundll32 <Current folder>\image.dll,UpdateDll fs"

to the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Delete the value:
"Image"= "rundll32 <Current folder>\image.dll,UpdateDll fs"
to the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices

Hope this helps
