Error windows shell common DLL

When I try opening files it says error windows shell common DLL This is a
new computer so could I not have the necessary file to open my website? If
not what do I need

to let us know what you are trying to do.

Are you using Expression Web to try to edit a web site?
What's the URL to the site?
How are you trying to open the site?
Data files...are you working with a database?
 
hello i am having same issue.... the only fixes i have seen so far are being
sold.. microsoft is really dropping the ball on vista problems..
