keep getting this error whenever i try and copy files using XP to my CD
writer (Samsung RW 52.32.52) using CD-R discs, what is the reason for this ,
the disc is half filled, and i have been copying data on it till now, why
the sudden error message ?

You probably "closed" the disk and now can no longer write to it. In
order to use multi session on a CDR the disk must remain open. You
can "unclose" a closed session on a CDRW but not a CDR.

Also, the built in burning software in XP is limited in what it can
do. Get a copy of EasyCD or Nero.

i cant recall having closed it. how do i know whether it has been closed ?
