Error while installing Devices Updates 4.0

Hi,

I'm trying to install the Devices Update 4.0 but it
failes every time with the error
Application has generated an exception that could not be
handled.

Does anybody has any idea where I could find what's going
wrong, or who I have to contact for support on Devices
Update at Microsoft? As Devices Update is a free
download...

Are you referring to driver updates? If so, those are supplied by the
manufacturer and we only list them on Windows Update. You could call us and
we might be able to assist but most likely you will want to contact your
hardware vendor for the latest drivers.
