Error while closing explorer

"Explorer caused an invalid page fault in moudule D3DE.DLL"
and have a close button to exit out of the messgae , but
after repeated clicks on that also the message stays and
doesnt allow to work on the computer .only way to work
with computer is by restarting it. Looking for a
solution.thanx in advance.
 
That is a strange name, D3DE.DLL.
I can find no trace of any such file. Do the properties of the file
show any ownership that you recognize?
If not, then assume it is a parasite of some description.
