Error while archiving in outlook 2003

We are upgrading to outlook 2003 from outlook 2000. We have several user that
received this message: (Error while archiving store "Mailbox - username." The
operation failed. An object could not be found.) I have search the net for an
article on that and didn't find anyting. Any one have and answer.
