Error when using installutil to install windows service

I get this error when trying to install a windows service using the
installutil utility, any suggestions?

Unable to create an instance of the MBService.ProjectInstaller installer
type.

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by
the target of an invocation.

The inner exception System.Security.SecurityException was thrown with the
following error message: Security error..
