error when trying to install works

my pc recently crashed and the hard drive was wiped.i have got it running ok
but im trying to install WORKS. an error comes up halfway installing. error
1305.Error reading from file:E:\MSWORKS\PFiles\MSWorks\BinLang1\DICT.EIT.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Could anyone please
help me as im not sure were to look or how to correct this. Thanks
