Error when saving Access 2003 view

Dear friends,

I have XP professional SP2, Access 2003 and SQL svr 2000 with SP3 installed
on my machine.
whenever I try to save a view in access adp project I got the following
error message:

ADO Error: An invalid parameter or option was specified for procedure 'sp_
addextendedproperty'

The only chance to this dialog is OKand HELPand when I hit OK on the third
view is saved and runs perfectly. Any idea why I get this message?
