Error when closing PaintShop Photo Album

When closing the program "Paint Shop Photo Album 5.2.2" I get this
error message: pspa.exe - Application error
The instruction at "0x69709250" referenced memory at "x014d0654".
The memory could not be read.
I can use the program okay but I get this message every time I close
it. I have a Dell Dimension 8400 with WinXP sp3. I recently
installed a new NVidia GeForce 9400 GT graphics card and I started
seeing this message after that. I don't know if this has anything
to do with my problem but if not what else could it be? Could it be
a memory problem or is it a problem with the program? I have 2 GB
of ram which I installed several months ago and have not had
problems till now. I have not tried reinstalling the program
yet...would that help?
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Janice

Sounds like it is linked to that.

You could consider doing that, OR first uninstalling it, and then
reinstalling it, to see if it clears up (and will properly work with your
new graphics card).

You should check out the Paint Shop support web site, and perhaps ask them
about this problem with that graphics card.

Thanks for your reply. I have already checked the Corel web site
but got no help there. My program is about 6 years old. Maybe it's
time to upgrade. :)
I will try to uninstall and reinstall first and see if that helps.

FYI.......the reinstall seems to have fixed the problem, at least
for now.
