Error, when click on HTML files

I am running Win 2KPRO,256 mb RAM,Pentium 2. The problem I have is that
every time I run one of my on-line poker games or even a game from a disc,
my DSL connection and browser quit communicating. They work fine while I'm
running the games but as soon as I close them and then go for email or
browsing, I have to reboot the computer everytime. I always have the virus
program updated and running and I operate behind Norton Firewall. I have
tried clearing temp files , cookies etc but nothing helps. Anyone with an
idea what to try next? Much appreciated.

Hi

Some times in Windows 2000 Pro when i hold my mouse pointer on a HTML file
or click
an it i get this error

and when i click on OK all of the things on the desktop will be invisible
for about 2 second
and after 2 sec the icons and windows will back

after this i downloaded and installed SP4 for win2000 and after it
when i click on a HTML file i don`t get this error but it still close all
windows and icons
and they will be invisible for about 2 second

if i want to open HTML file i must select at least 4 HTML file and hit the
enter key
and they will open without any error



what i must to do?
