Error when changing named ranges or when using new ranges

my macro is throwing a #VALUE! error when I change the size of an existing
named range or when I try to use a new named range. Is there something I
need to do to re-initialize the macro??

Also, I created another named range using the same space as my original.
When I substituted the old name with the newly created name the macro again
through a #VALUE! error.
