error using psshutdown

I can't get psshutdown to work anymore. I have a scheduled task that fails
each night with the error:

Last result: 0xffffffff

Any ideas?

Are you sure about yours rights ? Are you machine´s administrator ? You can
also try perform the shutdown using shutdown.exe (from resource kit).

Yes, I an administrator. This is a domain controller and I am domain admin.

I don't have the resource kit...can I download shutdown.exe separate? From
where? I've tried many times to find it and have been unsuccessful.
