Error trying to create an ACCDE file

When trying to create a ACCDE file I get an error ... The Access
database engine can only create a maximum of 2048 open TableIDs at one
time. Exporting a database as an MDE potentially can exceed ...

I have 4 related tables and about 20 forms; but I would not think my
program is that big? I really do not what to deploy an editable version
.... what do I do?

Well ... Thanks for your assistance!
Your assistance got me going in the correct direction.
Among other things; there is a MACRO related to a Table called "Name
AutoCorrect Save Failures" that was at least part of the culprit!
I did not know what the table was ... so I had deleted it.
I still do not know what the table is; but with it I can now create a
ACCDE file!
I am going to create another post to see if anyone has a clue?
