I have a web site wherein file names are displayed.
Then by clicking on the filename it is supposed to
launch a program and open the file.
I am able to launch a program and open the file on
the host machine where I have the iis running with this
site. The program resides on a shared drive that is
being accessed from another server.
However, if I try to launch the program and open the file,
I get the error "The Page cannot be displayed ".
How to fix this? I checked in internet options, security
I have anonymous access checked out for restricted site,
etc. What else or where else I need to look to fix this.
