Microsoft doesn't provide any email support for this product. Check in
Help, about, for support policies and information.
Here are the standard suggestions for this issue, which help most, but not
all:
Control Panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware.
Choose Change, then update.
If this doesn't do the job, please uninstall the product, and then reinstall
it.
Others have found that if the DCOM service is not running you get this
error, or if DCOM permissions are too restricted.
