error stop - 0x40000080

i have :
Pentium 3 , 650 mhz.
MotherBoard = via , vt82c692bx
Video = NVidia RIVA TNT
Sound Card = Creative Sound Blaster PCI
Memory = 256MB
Network Adapter -3Com 3C905TX


i get this error in blue screen - 0x40000080.
i dont have a clue what's the problem.

im reinstall the windows xp.

test the hardware with SiSoftware.
test the memory with other utils.
didn't get any error result there.


anyone know, what this error means ?

well ,now it occur after i reinstall the xp
and im trying to use windows update ,during the installation of the updates
this error occur.

but ,even without updating, it occur with no reason.
u can leave the computer for 1 hour or 2...and it happens.

bottom line,it happen in more then 1 situation.
