Error Signature:

Modulo Name: mshtml.dll
Modulo version: 6.0.2900.2180
Offset: 00270d7e

I run Ad-Aware, Spybot, Ccleaner,hijackthis,PC Pistop AntiVirus,TrendMicro
House Call virus scan, and I did not get this error fixed.

Any help will be very very appreciated. Thanks.

Try this:
Start > Run > type in ''regsvr32 mshtml.dll" (without quotes) and click on OK -
Click OK when it succeeds -
Restart computer and test to see if issue is resolved

I did try it, but it doesn't fix the problem.
I want to add more information:
My OS is Winndows XP Home edition SP2, and the problem is using secure
connection.
if I try to open www.bankofamerica.com (and many more sites), I get this
message "internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenencie" follow by the error signature.
