Error RUNDLL Error loading irprops.cpl

After Repairing WinXP-H I get this error. Any help?

"RUN DLL
Error loading irprops.cpl
The specified module could not be found" Then OK

....then I can start Windows, but I want to know what to
do to fix that error before installing other software.

You can open event-viewer in ADM., click on a event/warning,then
click on the url for it,this opens help/support in xp,usually with a fix.

Also, make sure "UPnP OS" is disabled in BIOS.
