ERROR: Run DLL as an App

Every time I boot, I get this window that announces an
error occurred. The error is identified as "Run DLL as
an App" and when I click the Details button, I can't
decrypt the info to determine the offending app. I am
running XP Home SP1 and have run SpyBot S&D, AdAware, and
Spyware Blaster, all with the latest definitions. I
still get the error on every bootup. Any ideas how to
ferret out the offending app (or DLL)? Thanks in
advance...
 
I, also, am getting the startup box where it is unable to load a .dll file.
I know this is from Spybot beause it got rid of some adware that the .dll was
from. However, I also need to know how to get rid of the start up box...?
