Error Reports

I am experiencing an error problem with IE 6.0. It very
often gives me an error report that says it needs to
clsoe and do I want to send it to MS. When I check for
the reson it tells me it might be caused by Smartpops
Network Essentials. When I search for that file or
program my computer doesn't show it.

I'm getting tired of everytime I want to get on the
internet I get an error report. Dell wants to charge me
for support (244.00) and MS says I can call them for a
fee also. Can anyone help me???

This is probably being caused by a third-party program
(adware, spyware,
parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items
listed in red.)
