error reporting

I'm having trouble with the error reporting with windows. Everytime I open
up any media application for windows media player it will bring up an error
report, force me to choose send report or don't send, then close the program.
It closes windows media player even if I disable error reporting.
Also, when I use hotmail, when I click on the tab for "new message" it will
also give me an error report, force me to choose the send or not send option
and close the internet explorer window. What do I do?? Do I have a bug?
