Error Reporting

Hi, please can someone explain why Error Reporting is still active on my
computer when I have been to Admin/Services and disabled it from running,
yet it still pops up all the time, can you suggest how to uninstall this
menace.

You might want to fix what's causing the errors which are triggering this.
