error reporting freezes

Hi, i receive an 'error reporting' diaglog messages (no code numbers) down in the start bar, everytime i sign on the internet, and also sometimes when i go to a web page. They last approx. 3mins. & freezes everytime

what is crashing .
and check for spywares
