error report

I frequently get an error report that states "Internet
explorer has encountered a problem & needs to shut
down". The reason for this problem is with the
application name iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106
modified name wzhelper.dll, mod version 2.0.0.0 offset
00066d90. This wzhelper.dll is in my system32 hidden
folder; it was created November 2003. It's a browser
helper and I need to know how to get rid of it. Not sure
if this was an update or what, but it is what is causing
my computer to shut down frequently. Any input is
greatly appreciated.

Kill the running process.
Run MSCONFIG from the start/Run applet and under StartUp kill it.

Then remove it completely.

Not sure is these tool will remove.
This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
