Error Reading File

Using FrontPage 2003, the page I change daily seems to
corrupt often. Several times per week when I double
click on that page, I receive an error message
reading "error reading file".

Even when I back up the page, I can open it in Explorer,
however I receive the same "error reading file" error.

Does anyone know the problem as well as have a solution?
