Error Question

When i try to launch a new databse or a template I get this error

ActiveX component can't create objec

Reinstalled Office 2003 no help

Using xp home

Look for the file DAO360.dll on your hard drive (it should be in C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO) and use regsvr32.exe to reregister
it.
