Error Printing PDFs OR MDIs with PivotTables

G

Guest

In the Excel Beta, CONSISTENTLY (even with denovo-(re)created workbooks),
EVERY page, when attempting to print to a pdf or mdi format -- the file
prints -- but corrupts the workSHEET -- & inserts a row height of 409.5.
EITHER the pdf or mdi are USELESS (although the FIRST -- & sometimes the LAST
-- page seems to print correctly).

I have Acrobat 7.0 Professional installed.

This problem / issue is NOT being caught -- or reported -- with the Microsoft
Error Reporting feature; thus, I am reporting it on this forum -- as it is
VERY problematic -- & MUST be fixed.

Sample pdf, mdi -- or corrupted worksheet (with 409.5 row heights) -- is
available if MS wants to see samples...

This CLEARLY is a BUG -- as I have just successfully printed MULTIPLE
PivotTable out using Acrobat 7.0 -- AFTER saving the file in Excel 2003
(.xls) format -- & then opening & printing the worksheets in Excel 2003.

You need not worry about the bug as Save as PDF will no longer ship with the
RTM product due to issues with Adobe

THIS is called PROGRESS ???

So, what will one do when they need to 'package up' a 'portable' print
version of a worksheet ???

Is that what msi is all about ???

In any event, you may note that the msi format FAILED as well -- so, imo,
there IS a REAL BUG (lurking somewhere) here...
