error parsing xml data

Hello,
I have been using a video training disc that has been functioning OK. Now
when it starts to load it produces an error message: "error parsing xml
data" . It also gives the line and column number where the error occurs. Any
suggestions on how to rectify?

Sounds like your video training disk has died / is dying, see your vendor
for a replacement.
 
Thanks for response - however the disc works OK on other computers
