error OX800A138F cannot update

When I try to update my Windows XP I get the error
OX800138F.

I have read that a possible solution si to check system
time. How can do it? I am a beguinner. It says" SSL will
not function if system time is more than 100 days off"
How can check it? How can I fix it? Is that the right
solution.

Have you set your system time clock to the correct date and time in the Control Panel? If not, do it!
