Error: Outlook 2000

Hello I have a couple of problem with Outlook 2000.

What happens is with certain users on my network when
trying to send an E-Mail or printing E-Mails from within
Outlook they get this error message:

"An error occured opening the windows address book"

Why is this occuring as there is nothing being done with
the windows address book at all???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
