Error op a db

Hi
We have a access db at work place on a server
now we can't open it we get am error
like: Microsoft jet have stop the process, because anothe user trying to
change the same data.

I have send ehe db by email to my self, but also at home i get this error
ans can't open the db
What to do???

This can be a sign of corruption.
