Error on Right Clicking after installing SP@

I now receive the following error message everytime I
right click on an icon after installing SP2:

A instruction at "0x01f5447f" referenced memory
at "0x00000000." The memory could not be written.


Any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you have DivX 5.2 installed? That can cause this problem. See this
