Error on page

I have been trying to watch videos on a website for four days. Every time I
visit the page, it doesn't load correctly, and says there is an error on the
pge. The video player appears as a black box with no controls. I have tried
upgrading my media player and browser, I have checked drm settings, I have
even tried to watch it on a different computer, but that creates a whole
other set of problems which I won't go into.

Is there anything I can do to make the page load correctly?

run thru the DirectX diagnostics tests....

Start > Run > dxdiag > OK
