Error on open

When opening a specific form, the db gives this error:
This program mus be recompiled to fix references. Please be patient.

It errors this way everytime. Tried link manager, compacting, and checking
things like the paths to the startup icon, and help file. Any other thoughts?
 
Have you tried recompiling it like the message suggests? (It's on the Debug
menu when you're in the VB Editor). That should help pinpoint the problem.
You might also check to see whether you're missing any references (Tools |
References, again when you're in the VB Editor) They'll be marked as
MISSING:
