error on LSASS.exe

I keep getting this error and my PC gets restarted
everytime.

error message:
The application C:\Windows\system32\lsass.exe, generated
an application error. The error occured on 08/20/2004 @
22:18:21.671 The exception generated was c0000005 at
address 0097F878 ().

Please someone help me resolve this problem.
