When I am starting up Excel I get a error message : PCRData Init: Bad Root
Directory. I hit "OK" and then receive this message "Internal Network
Problem (Possible Creation Error). Anyone know what is going on. I can hit
OK and work in excel without any problems. But I know at some point I will
be working on a project and something will blow up.

Any ideas on a fix. I have unistalled and re-installed excel and it still
appears.

This doesn't seem like an Excel error. I'd look at my add-ins (Tools,
Add-ins) or files being loaded automatically at startup (anything in your
XLSTART folders or in the startup folder listed under Tools, Options,
General, if any).

It was an add-in that caused the problem. Thanks for the help Jim and
Nick.
