Error on dialup connection

After I get connected to my dialup server I am unable to
access any web pages. I get "Web page unavailable
offline." In the Event Viewer Error Log there are a
series of error messages, all the same:

"IPRIP was unable to create a socket for address
nnn.nn.nnn.n [my IP address]. The data is the error code."

Any idea how to solve this?

Are you having any private network? Inability to access web page might be
because of your default gateway setting. Check to see what is the setting
for Default Gateway. You can find this under Networking Tab-> Internet
Protocol (TCP/IP) -> Advanced. Generally for Dialup connection, 'Use Default
Gateway on Remote ...' should be checked (which is the default case)
