Error: Number: -2146824584 (0x800a0e78) with FP2002

I am thinking this question may be better suited for this forum:

I receive the following message when I try to use the database results wizard
on one of my development machines. I am using FP2002 to connect to an Access
2002 DB.

This machine is running Windows XP Pro SP1 (Will NOT Run SP2 Due to
incompatability with my wireless NIC), Office 2003 Standard, Frontpage XP.

No firewall, or AV running during development.

Server error: Unable to retrieve the list of record sources from a database
using the connection string:

DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};DBQ=URL=fpdb/Survey.mdb.

The following error message comes from the database driver software; it may
appear in a different language depending on how the driver is configured.

I don't believe your connection string is correct (the URL= definitely looks
wrong)

Take a look at Carl Prothman's site for valid connection strings

The connection string is being created automatically by Frontpage. I
reinstalled MDAC, Frontpage and Access thinking that might rectify problems,
but it didn't.

I don't want to manually code the connection, I was using the database
results wizard. On another computer with a similar configuration, everything
works fine. It takes me all of ten seconds to do what I want. She has the
same software installed on hers.

Any ideas on what could be causing the errors? I've uninstalled IIS from
this computer thinking that might solve something but it didn't.
