Error number: 0x80072EE2

I need to know why i can't download updates apear this message Error number:
0x80072EE2 and I do not know what can i do please let me know if is possible
to fix or not or what i need to do.
I follow some of the possible steps sugested by some others but
unfortunatley it doesn't work

It would help to know what others have suggested, we also need to know the
entire content of the error message and what type of error, is this error in
a dialog box, is it on the page you try to access the download or is it a
blue screen error?
