Error Note

I keep getting a error pop-up saying Runner File Name (FSPPEX. EXE Lacks (
the app ID Separator.

Any help in solving this?

If the spelling was "fspex.exe", it is part of F-Secure Anti-Virus 2005 and Backweb. I would
uninstall the program, reboot and reinstall. The "runner error" seems to be associated with
any program that starts a process but fails to find the supporting files (this can apply to
removed spyware.)

Click start/run and type msconfig, then click ok. Go to the startup tab and uncheck any line
that loads F-Secure or Backweb. Reboot and see if that fixes it.

Thanks for the help I had to Call my internet provider for extra help in removing the problem program. I could not remove it.
