Error : NELOG_NetlogonAuthNoDomainController with Windows XP

with nt 4.0 i connect to windows 2000 server (domain),
but with windows XP a error :

No Domain Controller is available for domain ______ due
to the following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service
the logon request. .
Make sure that the computer is connected to the network
and try again. If the problem persists, please contact
your domain administrator.
 
Set your XP Client to use the Windows 2000 server as its
DNS server.
