when my computer boots up, i get a message error:
runndll: error loading c:\windows\image.dll can someone
tell me how to get rid of this!!!!

Bill,

It is probably a virus. Check out the following in your registry ->

HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windos\CurrentVersion|Run

REG_SZ rundll32 c:\Windows\image.dll,install

Delete the reference.

Also you might want to download and run the anti-spyware cwshredder 1.49.1,
you can find it and download it at:
